Visitor can self registration with scan QR on KiosK. How to self registration:

Scan QR on KiosK.

Click New Visit.

Take Photo of ID Card.
There are two options to capture an ID card: use the laptop/PC/Mobile camera to take a photo, or choose an existing image from a folder.
How to take photo using laptop/PC/Mobile camera:
- Click Camera button on ID Card.
- Position the ID card in front of the camera and click Capture button.

How to take photo from the folder:
- Click Folder button on ID Card.
- Select an image file from the folder and click Open button.

Take Selfie Photo.
There are two options to capture an Selfie Photo: use the laptop/PC/Mobile camera to take a photo, or choose an existing image from a folder.
How to take photo using laptop/PC/Mobile camera:
- Click Camera button on Selfie.
- Position the face in front of the camera and click Capture button.
How to take photo from the folder:
- Click Folder button on Selfie.
- Select an image file from the folder and click Open button.

Fill in the Profile Visitor and Event Information and click Next button.

Check on Term and Condition.

Waiting for Approval. PIC and Operator can approve the event.
Visitor can check the status after the registration is completed and waiting PIC to approve.
