Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a quick overview of visitor and event activities within the system. It displays real-time statistics, visitor movements, and event trends for easier monitoring and management.

Below are the components of dashboard :

a.  Summary

• Today’s Visitor : Total visitors registered today.
• Today’s Check-in Visitor : Number of visitors who have checked in today.
• Today’s Checkout Visitor : Number of visitors who have checked out today.
• This Month’s Visitors : Accumulated number of visitors registered in the current month.
• Last Visitor Registration : Shows last visitor registered.

b.  Today Visitor

Displays a breakdown of visitor status for the selected date (default: today):

• Expected : Total number of visitors whose visit/event is approved for today. Cancelled or deleted events are not counted.
• Registered : Mirrors the number of expected visitors (1 event = 1 visitor).
• Check-in : Visitors who have scanned in using face recognition.
• Check-out : Visitors who have scanned out using face recognition.
• Active : Calculated as: Check-in - Check-out (current visitors inside the premises).

c.   People Count

• Displays visitor counts by door, area, floor, and building.

• Data can be exported in PDF or Excel format.

d.  Daily Visitor Chart

• A visual representation of the number of visitors over a selected date range.
• Helps track trends or spikes in visitor activity.
• You can filter the period and export the data.

e.  Daily Event Chart

• Displays the number of scheduled or approved events in the system per day.
• Useful to monitor event traffic and planning.
• You can filter the period and export the data.

f.  Overnight Event Chart

• Displays the number of overnight event in the system.
• You can filter the period and export the data.

You also can customize Dashboard by click on the “Customize” button to configure which widgets or data sections are shown.
