System maintenance > Kiosk Configuration

On the left side menu, go to Setting > System Maintenance > Kiosk Configuration

The Kiosk Configuration menu is used to manage and view kiosk-related settings for each building. These settings control how the visitor kiosk behaves, including PIN access, base URLs, QR registration, screen saver behavior, and idle time.

Create Kiosk Configuration by Building

1. Choose the building that you want to add the configuration

2. Click the Create button ("Create" button only will appeared if if there is no configuration in the building yet.)

   

3. The Add Configuration pop-up window will appear.

4. Fill in the fields :

   Field	Description
   PIN	Security PIN used to access or manage the kiosk
   Base URL	Base URL of the kiosk application
   QR Base URL	URL used for QR code self-registration
   QR Print Mode	Mode for QR code printing (AUTO, MANUAL, OFF)
   Screen Saver Appear	Time (in seconds) before the screen saver appears
   Screen Saver Rach Items	Number of items displayed in each screen saver rotation
   Idle Time	Time (in seconds) before the kiosk returns to idle state

5. Click the Save button to create new configuration

   

Search Kiosk Configuration by Building

1. In the Search Parameter section, select a Building from the dropdown list.

2. Click the Search button.

3. The system will display the kiosk configuration data for the selected building.

   

Generate QR Code

Once your iPad is activated, when there is the configuration changes from the portal, simply scan the new QR code. Your iPad will automatically update its configurations to match the new settings without any manual setup required.

1. After the configuration data is displayed, click the QR Code button.

   

2. The system will generate a QR code

3. Scan the QR Code from Ipad to apply the configuration.
