Tenant > Tenant Capacity

On the left side menu, go to Setting > Tenant > Tenant Capacity.

The Tenant Capacity page provides an overview of each tenant’s visitor capacity usage within ThePatrons VMS.
To help administrators track visitor occupancy limits per tenant and ensure compliance with building or event capacity restrictions.
This feature is useful for identifying whether a tenant is approaching or exceeding their assigned quota.

There is feature for search by tenant name with the steps as below :

1. Type part or all of the Tenant Name you want to find in the search field

2. The system will automatically filter and display matching tenants in real time.
