People > Live Transaction

On the leftside menu, go to People > Live Transaction.

This menu is used to display logs from all devices connected to the VMS, along with the scoring between the registered selfie photo and the photo captured during check-in/check-out (shown in the Score column). The data is updated live in real time.

1.  Search Live Transaction

   In this menu, users can also search according to the desired filter criteria :

   -  Fill in filter criteria

   -  Click "Search" button

   - System will display the data based on filter criteria

   

2. Export Live Transaction

   Users can export all transactions in report form (PDF/Excel) according to the desired filter criteria in the following way:

   - Click "Export" button

   

   - Fill in the filter criteria for the report you want to display and click the “Search” button (Optional).

   

   - System will display the data base don filter criteria

   - Click the "PDF" button to export the report into a PDF file or click the "Excel" button to export the report into an Excel file.

   

   - Below are the display if you click the PDF button and then select Open.
   Click "Download" icon to download the file, and click "Printer" icon to print it.

   

   Click “Back” button to return to the Live Transaction Log

   - Below are the display if you click the Excel button and then select Open.
   Click "Download" button to download the file.

   

   Click “Back” button to return to the Live Transaction Log

3. Broadcast Visitor

   Broadcast Visitor is used to display on the monitor whether the visitor is granted or not granted access.

   Click "Broadcast Visitor" button

   

   Monitor will show the broadcast
