On the left side menu, go to Visitor > Event List > Approved.
The Event List - Approved menu is used to view all approved events that have been created in the system.
Search Event
Steps to search event :
- Fill in filter criteria
- Click the “Search” Button
- The system will display a list of visitors that match the criteria you entered.
Event Detail
The Event Details is used to review detailed information about a specific event and the attendees who are registered to participate.
To access the event details, from the list of events, select an event. the system will display the Event Details page. Event detail has two tabs: Event Information and Attendees.

Event Information tab provides general information about the event.
Attendees tab shows the list of participants (visitors) registered for the event.
User also can view QR code of attendess by click on QRCode button.
When the user accesses this menu on a large display (e.g., desktop or wide monitor), the system automatically switches to a side-by-side layout.
This layout allows users to simultaneously view the event list and detailed event information, improving efficiency in visitor management.Delete Event
Delete Event is used to delete the event from the system.
Steps to delete the event :
- Select the event that you want to delete from event list
- Event Details will be displayed
- Click on Delete Event button
- Click Yes for confirmation
- Success notification will pop up
Cancel Event
Steps to cancel the event :
- Select the event that you want to cancel from event list
- Event Details will be displayed
- Click on Cancel Event button
- Click Yes button for confirmation
- Success notification will pop up
