On the left side menu, go to Visitor or People > Visitor > List Visitor.
The Reset Anti Passback feature is used to restore a visitor’s card access when it becomes locked due to the anti-passback mechanism.
What is Anti Passback?
Anti-passback is a security rule that prevents a card from being used multiple times in sequence without a proper entry/exit cycle.
For example:
- A visitor enters a restricted area but the system does not record their exit.
- As a result, the card is locked and the visitor cannot re-enter or access another area.
Step by step guide to reset anti passback visitor :
Select the visitor you want to reset.
- This will open the Detail Visitor page.
On the top right or bottom right corner of the page, click the "Reset Anti Passback" button.
The system will process the reset, notification success will popped up and the visitor can use their card again to access the designated areas.
