List Employee - Reset Anti Passback

On the left side menu, go to People > Employee > List Employee

The Reset Anti Passback feature is used to restore an employee’s access when it becomes locked due to the anti-passback mechanism.

What is Anti Passback?

Anti-passback is a security rule that prevents a card from being used multiple times in sequence without a proper entry/exit cycle.
For example:

- Employee enters a restricted area but the system does not record their exit.

- As a result, the card is locked and the employee cannot re-enter or access another area.

Step by step guide to reset anti passback employee :

• Select Employee that you want to reset from the list

  

• You will be redirected to the Employee Detail page, where full information about the selected employee is displayed.

• Click Reset Anti Passback in the top right corner

  

• The system will process the reset, notification success will popped up and the employee can access again the designated areas.
