On the left side menu, go to People > Employee > List Employee
The Blacklist Employee feature is used to block an employee’s access so that they no longer have permission to enter the assigned rooms or doors linked to their access.
Step by step guide to blacklist employee :
Select Employee that you want to blacklist from the list
- You will be redirected to the Employee Detail page, where full information about the selected employee is displayed.
Click blacklist button in the top right corner
A Confirmation Popup will appear and click YES to confirm deletion.
(If you clicked by mistake, click NO to cancel the action)
The system will process the blacklist, notification success blacklist will popped up and the employee will no longer be able to check in or pass through the access points.
