On the left side menu, go to People > Employee > List Employee.
The Delete Batch Employee feature is used to delete employee data in large quantities by uploading an Excel file.
Step by step guide to do batch delete employee :
Prepare the Excel file to be uploaded with the following column format:
Field Name | Description | Mandatory |
| No | Fill in the sequential number. | Y |
| NIP | Fill in the NIP of the employee you want to delete. | Y |
| Confirm | Fill in the value "TRUE". | Y |
After filling in the employee data to be deleted, save the file.
Click the “Batch Delete Employee” button.
Select the file to upload, then click the “Open” button.
A notification will appear after successfully uploading the batch file. Afterward, the uploaded employee's data will be removed from the Employee list.
