On the left side menu, go to People > Employee > Batch Employee
The Batch Employee Log menu is used to display the log history of employee batch uploads.
Batch Employee is a process of uploading employee data into the system using a predefined template (Excel file).
Through this log, users can track the progress of each upload process, whether it was successful or failed.
To see the detail, select batch that you want to see the detail from the list :
The Employee Batch Log List will be displayed, this list explains the Start time the batch employee was run, the End time the batch employee was completed, the Status of the batch employee, the Total Data uploaded, and the Current Total Data that has been processed. For example, if you upload 1000 new data, only 800 have been processed and in the Batch Employee Log the Total Data is recorded as 1000 and the Current Total Data is 800, meaning that out of 1000 new data, only 800 have been processed. Refresh the page periodically to check the progress of the data in the updated Current Total Data.
The detail page will be displayed
Notes:
- If all employee data has been successfully added, the details page will display "No data Found".
- However, if there is employee data that fails to be added, it will be displayed in the details of this employee's batch log.
