Device Type - Edit Device Type

On the left side menu, go to Setting > Device > Device Type.

The Edit Device Type function allows the user to update or modify the name of an existing device type in the Visitor Management System (VMS). This ensures that device classifications remain accurate and up to date.

Step by step guide to edit device type :

• On the Device Type page, click the device type you want to edit from the data list.

  

• A pop-up window labeled Edit Device Type will appear.
• Modify the name of the device type in the Device Type field.

• Click Save to confirm the changes.

  

• The system will process the update, notification success will popped up.
