Reason Visit - Search Reason Visit

On the left side menu, go to Setting > System Maintenance > Reason Visit.

Search Reason Visit feature is used to search for reason visit based on the filter criteria entered.

Step by step guide to search reason visit :

• Fill in filter criteria
• Click "Search" button

• The system will display the data based on filter criteria
