On the left side menu, go to Setting > System Maintenance > Reason Visit.
The Add Reason Visit function is used to create a new visit reason that can later be selected during visitor registration. This ensures that all visit purposes are clearly categorized in the system.
Step by step guide to add reason visit :
Click the Add Reason button on the top right of the Reason Visit page.
- A pop-up window will appear labeled Add Reason Visit.
- Fill in the Reason Visit field with the desired reason (e.g., Meeting, Site Inspection, Training).
Click Save to store the new reason.
The system will process the data, notification success will popped up.
