Reason Visit - Delete Reason Visit

On the left side menu, go to Setting > System Maintenance > Reason Visit.

The Delete Reason Visit function is used to remove an existing visit reason from the system. This feature helps administrators to keep the list of reasons up to date by removing entries that are no longer relevant.

Step by step guide to delete reason visit :

• On the Reason Visit page, locate the reason you want to delete from the Data List.

• Click the Delete button (red X icon) next to the chosen reason.

  

• A Confirmation Popup will appear and click YES to confirm deletion.

  (If you clicked by mistake, click NO to cancel the action)

  

• The system will process the deletion, notification success deletion will popped up and the reason visit will be removed from the list
