On the left side menu, go to Setting > System Maintenance > VMS Configuration.
The VMS Configuration menu is used to manage and adjust the global settings of the Visitor Management System (VMS). These configurations determine the system behavior, including approval flows, housekeeping duration, API integration, and notification settings.
In this menu also allows user to update the configuration, below are the steps :
Click the configuration you want to update from the list.
- A pop-up window titled Update Configuration will appear.
- Edit the Value field (e.g., change from
falsetotrue, or enter a new numeric/string value depending on the parameter). Click SAVE to confirm the changes
The system will process the update, notification success will popped up.
