On the left side menu, go to Setting > Building Management > Building.
The Add Building page is used to create a new building into the system. Users can input building details, assign floors, and configure tenant information.
Step by step guide to add building :
Click the Add Building button on the right of the Building page.
Fill in the fields :

Building Information
Building Name Enter the name of the building (e.g., Patrons Central).

Address Enter the full address of the building. Y
City Name Enter the city where the building is located. Y
Building Code Enter a unique code for the building. Floor Section
[Displays a list of floors within the building.]Add Floor Button to add a new floor. No Sequence number. Y
Name Floor name (e.g., 1st floor, 2nd floor). Y
Public Indicates whether the floor is public (Yes/No).
Restricted Indicates whether the floor is restricted (Yes/No). Remove Trash icon to delete a floor entry. Tenant Selection
Choose Tenant A dropdown to select a tenant that has already been registered in the system.
Add Tenant Button to add the selected tenant to the building tenant list. Click Save to confirm and create the new building
The system will process the data, notification success will popped up.
