On the left side menu, go to Admin > User Management.
The Remove Role feature is used to revoke or reduce a user’s access rights to certain menus according to the role being removed. By removing a role, the user will no longer be able to access the menus or functionalities associated with that role.
Step by steps guide to remove role user :
Click the detail icon on the user that you want to remove role
Click “Remove Role” button
- Choose User Role that you want to remove
Click “Save” button
The system will display a success message and the role has been removed.
