On the leftside menu, go to Dashboard Booking Room
The Dashboard Booking Room menu provides a quick overview and monitoring panel for meeting room usage, bookings, and availability. It allows administrators and operators to track real-time booking statistics, view room availability status, and analyze booking trends over time.
The dashboard is divided into three main sections:
a. Booking Summary
- Today's Booking : Shows the total number of room bookings made for the current day
- Total All Bookings :Displays the cumulative number of bookings recorded in the system.
- Average Time per Booking (in Minutes) : Calculates the average duration (in minutes) for each booking.
- Average Attendees per Booking : Indicates the average number of attendees across all bookings.
These figures provide at-a-glance insights into daily and overall room usage.
b. List Available Rooms
This table displays the list of meeting rooms and their current status in real time.
| Column | Description |
| Room Name | The name and location of the meeting room. |
| Status | Displays whether the room is currently Available or Occupied. |
| Current Booking (In Minutes) | Shows the remaining or current booking duration for an ongoing session. |
| Average time per booking | Historical average duration of bookings for this room. |
| Average Attendees per booking | Historical average number of attendees per booking for this room. |
Data can be exported in PDF or Excel format.
c. Daily Booking Chart
Displays the daily booking trend over a selected period.
This chart helps identify peak booking days and usage patterns, supporting better capacity planning and room management.
