On the left side menu, go to Visitor > Attendee > Approved.
The Re-Checkin feature allows users to record another check-in for an attendee who has already checked in previously — for example, when an attendee temporarily leaves the building and re-enters later on the same day.
This function ensures that all entries and exits are properly tracked in the system without duplicating the attendee’s registration.
How to Use Re-Checkin
Locate the attendee who needs to re-enter (e.g., previously checked out or temporarily left).
Click the RE-CHECKIN button on the attendee’s card.
The system will automatically record a new check-in timestamp.
A success message will appear once the re-check-in process is completed.
